- BE RESPECTFUL OF OTHERS.
- Bow (salutations) when entering or exiting the school.
- Turn off ringers, alarms, etc… on cell phones during class time.
- No chewing gum.
- No swearing! This type of crude language is disrespectful to the training facility, instructor, and your peers. Profanity brings with it a negative element that has no place in the Kung Fu atmosphere and spirit we are striving to achieve. Offenders will be fined for each instance.
- Harassment is prohibited in the school! This means comments or conduct that is known, or ought to be known, to be unwelcome as it is degrading to other human beings. This includes:
- Behaviour about someone’s race, colour, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, familial status or disability.
- Sexual harassment.
- Physical harassment, violence, or threats of violence which are sinister in nature and outside of the spirit of training. This does not include the intended spirit when practicing activities like applications, speedy hand drills, chin-na, etc.
This type of behaviour will result in immediate expulsion from the school.
- No smoking within the school or its surroundings as dictated by law.
- No alcohol or drug consumption within the school or within 12 hours prior to class.
